one of my friend is a primary school teacher.can he become a member of a charitable trust that will run a educational institution? please advise.

Is he govt employee?

If yes then accoding to the permission given by the employer. But people in Govt know that these charitable institutiuons are a disguise to open private school.

clarifies real fact when you you are asking there "a group of three persons want to set up an educational institution and want earn money from there. what would be better for them to run the institution forming society with others or making a trust"
