Statement in mm's court

Since 2003 a case registered on my complaint is pending in MM's court. It is related to house breaking by Committee Members. One of the magistrate deliberately passed a foul order to help accused and kept delaying my application for repossession of my room. I have in front of current MM said and given in writing that the earlier Magistrate was being managed by accused and was an agent of accused on the basis of the fact that a) the foul order of MM was struck down in Sessions Court and b) Opinion of an Ex Judge of High Court. What could be impact of my statement ? I had complained to even High Court but no action was taken against the corrupt magistrate.

such sweeping statements which tends to cast aspersions on the honb;le judges should be avoided. in any case if the aggrieved party feels that they have failed to get justice in a lower court, they have option to appeal in a higher court.

No your contention is wrong.You cannot openly level allegations against an MM or judge in the forum.It may be a wrong apprehension on your part.Can you prove what you are saying?

if you had complainted to high court it must have investigated your claim . the fact that no action was taken implies high court has found no substance in your allegations .
please dont make baseless allegations against HOn judges without any evidence
