Anti land grabbing issue

sir,my father has an ancestral property. my aunt who had the documents of that property.due to some family problems she lived alone. she is addicted to drugs for few years.a man who is nearby my aunt home supplied drugs for her. He gets signature from her on property documents when she is unconcious.we came to know about this few days before she died. but we kept silent because of the respect we have on our aunt. after her death we did some of death ceremonies for her in her home.but that person give complaint to anti grabbing cell. that inspector and SI of that station called my dad and speak like in khap panchayat.They blackmailed my dad to put sign on the documents they want otherwise put they put my father in jail.already my dad is diabetic and BP patient due to this pressure his health is affected so much. we are so worried so about my dad health. pls tell what kind of action we take against that person and police officers to get rights of my dad.

Dear Deepika,
This is extortion - putting somebody in fear of injury in order to induce that person to deliver any property or sign any thing that is capable of being converted into valuable security. You can file a complaint against the culprits - if local PS fails to take action (as in probability it is likely to) file a 156(3) before the magistrate concerned.
As regards the documents signed by your aunt - ASAP file a suit for cancellation of those documents.

This is a common ploy used by unscrupulous people to grab the property.
It is advised that a complaint be filed against this person and pursue it vigrously. As the property is ancestral hence beyond your aunts part nothing can be given to anyone.
