Civil court fee in mumbai

Respected Sirs,

Can you please let me know the amount of court fee required.

Flat value is 40 lacs, there is a dispute of title.

How much court fee will attarct.

Please let me know Sirs.

When such amount or value
exceeds eleven lakh of rupees,
for every one lakh of rupees, or
part thereof, in excess of eleven
lakh of rupees :
One thousand and two
hundred rupees.

Thanks a lot Sir,

Sir it means my flat value is rs. 40 lacs

therefore ( 40 - 11 = 29)

and that is ( 29 * 1200 = 34,800 )

Am I right.

Does the court will charge some extra amount apart from 34,800/-.

Sir one more thing will I get any receipt for the fees paid or some sought of acknowledgement.
