Parkash g a lot many books are allready there in the market on these issues.

but if u r going to publish some book to help juniors then make sure u do not end up in copying some book.

otherwise writting a book on cross examination is not easy, it needs a lot of skill.

Well Mr.Kiran is right. while writing make sure that contents wording is original and copied from some other book cos that is breach of copyright of that author.
and if u wish to take any matter from a certain book than u can have his prior permission before publishing it must give him his due by acknowleding him in ur book.
