Hi experts , 6 years back my uncle has written his part of property on my fathers name , Now he forced my dad to write his property back and my father registered his property back, now can i go to court to get that property back .. is there any way to take back that property ...

what is your locus standi ? your father is still alive . if he had been forced to return the property let him contact local lawyer and move court .

yes my father is alive, its happened just one month back .. they promised us to give money as per current market . now they are not responding to their promise.. he is my uncle so we didn't take any note on money so is their any way to get the property back ....please advice ..
