I am a Junior Lawyer, Qualification B.com., LL.B.
Some clients approaching me for Registration of Service Tax, Vat Registration TOT Registration in that case i have some knowledge.
My Quarries are:
1. As a Lawyer may i do Service Tax Registration, Vat and TOT Registration, Firm Registration, Company Registrations etc.
2. As a Lawyer may i file Tax Returns
3. Presetnly i am practicing in the branch of law civil, Criminal, Labour case, may i take up further above said VAT, TOT, Service Tax Registration.
Kindly you give advise to me, to avoid future litigation.

you have to do all such works as mentioned by you, however in the formation of the company, you have to take help of CA,CS,cost accountant, for form authorization.

One more doubt sir, please clarify.
one person told to me that only Chartered Account have to do above said Registrations according to their profession. Lawyer is different profession.
According to Bar counsel of Andhra Pradesh, only one profession is allowed to do practice i.e., LAWYER. The said Registrations comes under CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT PROFESSION.
1. Please clarify my doubt sir is there any objection in the bar counsel,
2. Is comes under Chartered Accountant profession i.e., VAT, TOT, Service Tax Registrations
3. If any body give complaint against me as THE LAWYER IS DOING TWO PROFESSION
