As the minimum age to Hold a Power Of Attorney is 18 Yrs.

Is there an UPPER AGE LIMIT for any peson to Hold a Power Of Attorney just like RETIREMENT AGE ???

The person needs to be major who does not suffer from any mental unfitness or is not a insolvent or serving an imprisonment.

You can suppose the upper age limit to be the stage of age if and when the individual power of attorney holder becomes of unsound mind clinically.
