i am planing to start pest control business means buying chemical from market and doing pest control services, i am not manufacturing an chemical just doing the services, so what all the legal documents should i have pls tell me......

business men can afford legal fees . you have to decide whether to carry on business as proprietor or partnership firm or company .get registered with service tax authoritis etc
