principal of res judicata is principle of equity as such it is applicable in all judicial proceedings

Yes. This is applicable in all proceedings but for the citation do make some labour at your own part.

Thanks for your support, i have serched out citation on indiankanoon site and i have found the said principal enumerated in the citation K. V. George Vs. Secretary of Gov., water and power department, trivandrum AIR 53, 1989
