guests , pls help me in cheque bounce cases can v also go by summary suits? can v file complaint in 138 n.i and also suit in or 37 cpc? i m business man pls help me? m confused? which way to go? when to file summary suits?thanks

yes you can file both . summary suit has to be filed where cause of action has arisen .

138 NI Complaint is meant for punishment whereas the recovery suit is for the recovery of the amount mentioned in the cheque and you may go ahead with both at the same time. don't be confused.
