My father has died. Now my mother, me and my younger brother left behind. Now just tell me that whether My mother shall be owner of all the property of my father or we all 3 persons shall have equal share.

your mother brother and you shall have equal share in property as your father did not leave nay will bequeathing entire property to your mother
