I AM TENAANT I FILE HRP SUIT AND INTREM STAY APPLICATION IN SMALL CAUSE CORT AHMEDABAD, CORT GRANT MY STAY APPLICATION. AFTER CORT FRAMED ISSUE IN THAT SUIT, AND SUIT FIX FOR MY [PLANTIFF EVIDENCE], BUT I FAILED TO PRODUCE EVIDENCE, NOT APPEAR IN THE COURT AFTER GRANT ING STAY, SO CORT DISMISS THE SUIT, BEFORE 20 DAYS. I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THIS TOADY, SO NOW WHAT I DO? I FILE RESTORATION APPLICATION OR OTHER? AND NOW WHAT ABOUT STAY APPLICATION WHICH IS GRANTED STILL FINAL ORDER OF THE SUIT? WHAT I FILE A FRESH INTRIEM STAY APPLICATTION?

You need to file a restoration application as well as an interim application of injunction a fresh.

Suit is required to be restored which shall automatically enforce its earlier order of stay.
You have not mentioned when the suit was dismissed as default. What was your lawyer doing on that day of hearing?
It is not an easy task to get the suit restored.
