A childless COUPLE adopted two sons. The father has some self acquired property, and away intestate.now, the question is 1) Will the self acquired property divide among the wife, & two adopted sons equally? 2) What is the legal validity of second adopted son ? Is second adoption valid? 3) Who are the beneficiaries of the said self acquired property?

a person having male child (real or adopted)cannot adopt a son and one having a daughter (real or adopted) cannot adopt a daughter. The second adoption is illegal.

I do agree with Sudhir Kumar.the second adoption is illegal and that son has no legal right to inherit the property of deceased.
