(Querist) 11 May 2013 This query is : Resolved
I have 6 children . 4 childrem from my current wife married since 1969, and 2 children from 2nd wife married in 1991.

I am now divorced from 2nd wife since 2003 by court decree and settlement in favour of exwife was given 4 lakh rupees and for 2 children from exwife 1flat each, custody of 2 children was forcefully taken by exwife.

Since 2008 2 children from exwife have slowly come to me but 90% custody still with exwife.

I have also for name sake transfered property into all my 6 children ( 4 from current wife, 2 from exwife) but it is proprty i have acumalated in my life time.

Exwife and 2 children have filed a case to force thier rights onto all my property and also force there rights on property owned by my first wife and any property owned by my 4 children from 1 st wife.

Can ex wife and 2 children make such claim to fathers property while i am still alive?

Can exwife and 2 children make claim to property owned by my current wife and 4 children who are all NRI's.

If exwife in court decree in 2003 acceptet she would not persue any legsl cases in the Future agains husband, but now she is acting on behalf of her 2 children even though children are both 18 and over. Would this in any way amont to contempt of court?

Bring untenable proceeding in court does not make the litigant amenable to contempt of court.
