Distribution of property in mumbai

1.After the death of the Testator whether the Beneficiaries in the Will can settle the matter amicably among themselves and distribute the property in Mumbai as per the Will without obtaining Probate thereby saving huge amount of Court fees,Advocate fees etc.?.

In Mumbai a Will is required to be probated mandatorily.

Probate of will is necessary in Mumbai but if the legal heirs of the testator do come to a mutually agreed agreement then it can definitely be got registered.
