Dear Senior and friends,

Kindly suggest that husbnad is facing huge pressure from employer and other employees due to serving of summon to the Director for making aware to employee husbnad.

after receiving, husbnad is facing problem and issuing deginity in eye of the other employees.

Please suggest that husbnad can file defamation case on wife due to losing prestige in organisation on receiving summon by director in organisation.

or husbnad can take any other action as per law.

kindly suggest.

For the purpose of evidence any material witness can be summoned. For this no action can be taken against the party who got the order for summoning.
