Yes,Recently Supreme Court held in criminal Appeal nos 1870-1909/2012 decided on 27-11-2012 in M/s Laxmi Dyechem vs State of Gujrat that specimen signatures do not match the signatures of the cheque would constitute a dishonour within the meaning of sec 138 of the Act.
