Hello , can anyone tell me what the rate of stampduty in panvel grampanchyat area.
My one client want to.purchase one flat (new construction building) in a building which is situated in panvel grampanchyat area.
Hence i just what what is the stamp duty % and what is the registration fee.

You have to go the sub-registrar office in whose jurisdiction your gram panchayat lies and find out about the stamp duty and registration fees.
Again, how do you think anyone here can tell you the stamp duty and registration fees without knowing about the measurement of the property, market value of the property, government value of the property.etc.
Lawyers here need full facts to guide you properly. Vague questions will never be answered properly.

I cannot tell you exactly as the stamp duties will differ from state to state. I can tell approximately.
The Stamp duty will be 3% less than the stamp duty levied in urban areas. In Hyderabad (A.P.) the stamp duty in urban area is 10% in Municipal areas it is 9% and in Gram Panchayat it is 7%.
Registration fee will be 0.5% on the market vlaue.
