Dear Sir,
I got married on 08.4.12 according to the Hindu rites and ceremonies in presence of respectable persons of the society of bothsides at Mannurkavu Devi Temple, Mynagapally, kerala.The Behavior of my wife was very violent, Temperament and indifferent towards me and my family members since very beginning, she never tried to adjust herself in my home. After some days of engagement she started sending messages and phone calls to me stating that “Your brother become an engineer and your parents are giving the expenses for the studies. so you ask your property from your parents. So that after marriage we can live separately. This demand is continuing till date.
After marriage my Father-in Law Mr.Radhakrishna Pillai,and my Brother Law Mr.Reji Krishnan started threatening me for breaking my legs by giving Quotation to a guy called “Popular Anil” by paying him an amount of Rs.2000/-If I wouldn’t take the share of my property from my parents. They always tried to trap me. And when I asked my wife to change her behavior towards me then she always abusive and insulted. Some days after marriage my wife remeya started quarrelling with me and told me that “Your brother would become and engineer and your parents are giving the expenses for his studies. Hence you ask your share including the money spent on the studies of your brother so that we can live at with my wives place at Delhi as “Gharjawai” otherwise she will inform her brother and father and they will arrange “Popular Anil” for breaking my legs by paying him some amount. After Marriage she used to make phone calls for minimum 16 hours per day with her parents. I had some doubt and started recording the conversation between my wife and her family members.Thier planning was to kill me by giving poison and after they wanted to take the share of mine. Once her father told her to treat me as mental person and after having two kids they will beat me and keep me side with the help of children and take over the whole share of me so that they can live a well settled life style. once she asked her brother that “Reji jo mein msg tujhe bhej rahi hu wo apne mobile mein save karke rakhna kyonki papane bola hai ki hum sujith ko phasana chahte hain”.once she told her brother that “Reji tu kya sujith ko pitwa sakta hain kya”in response to that reji answered her that”tu bola aj pitwa du lekin phir tujhe bina pati ke rehna padega”The sound recordings are with me. On 05.06.12 she started quarrelling with my family members, there after we took a rented room at fruit garden,NH-V,Nit Faridabad but the behavior of my wife was very cruel and put pressure on me for purchasing cooler,fridge,tv then I told my wife that iam arranging each and everything one by one, please give me some time. On 14.06.12 she told me to finish up the office and come early at home came at the rented house after finishing my office then she became very violent towards me due to the loose temperament she lost her control and putt off her clothes,upon which I receded to the land lady,she came along with me and asked my why she is misbehaving and mistreating with me?Then my wife told to the landlady “Aunty””sujith 10 hajar rupey hi kamata hai or mai dusri shaadi karungi”upon which the landlady told her”jab dusri shaadi hi karni thi to tune kyon kari yeh shaadi”
There after I made a call to to my wife’s uncle Sh.Ashok kumar to come at Faridabad for settling the dispute. Then he came in the late night and took my wife from the rented house. The fictitious complaint has been made by my wife before the police authorities of police post,sector 21-D Faridabad. Where a compromise has been occurred on 16.06.12 and the entire gold articles along with air conditioner etc were taken by my wife in the presence o police and relatives. The copy of the compromise and photographs are with me. The said compromise was duly signed by my wife and her family members. It was also settled in the above mentioned compromise i.e. if the views of my wife and me will not come on a single platform within 3 months then she will file a divorce petion.she made cruelty towards me by concealing the pregnancy of her for two months. When I visited the house of her after knowing about her pregnancy. She herself, her father and brother made threatening calls to me in spite of my repeated invitation to return back.
After that from july’12 onwards she herself, her father, brother and mother started threatening calls to me that they will arrange “gundas” to cut me into pieces. On july 12 her brother made a call to me and told me that”Agar tu apne gharse share leke humare sath nahi rehega to mein tera bache ko remeya ke stomach mein hi khatam kardunga”
On 23.2.13 it was informed by Mr.Ashokan the uncle of my wife that she has given birth to a baby boy. My wife and he parents behaved so cruelly that they never informed about the same neither to me and nor to my parents. But hearing the news of the birth of the baby from Mr.Ashokan neglecting all the threats from my-in-laws I rushed to the hospital satyam medical center katwaria sarai to see my junior along with my 2 friends and took photograph of my baby. After that I told her that I will be back to take her and baby to my house. But she refused to do so and told me that never come to see the baby otherwise she will smash me on my face by chappal.her father told me that”sujith you have to obey as we like otherwise your babies future will be in orphanage”
Now she filed a domestic violence case against me and my family. After filing case also she give me miscalls and when I respond to her calls she along with her parents abusing me and threatening me that they will arrange guys to kill me and my family at saket district court where the case is hearing.Her brother told me that”saket court mein a tu or tera gharwale wahi tum logo ko khatam karunga”My father is a retired person and he is having Bp and sugar.Mr.Reji brother of my wife used to send ugly sms to my fathers mobile and he used to call my father and him due to the behavior of Mr.Reji My Fathers BP and Sugar control is going high due to which my father had to leave to kerala.
On 16.07.13 I got a Miscall from My wife’s cell number 9953497400 and when I call back to that number my wife’s brother and father told me that “we will kill you and your family and we will see you at saket court complex “After that incident also she and her family threatening me from various cell numbers:-9873320892,9654270429,9953497400.My son is also not safe in their hands because her brother and father also threatened me that “we will send your son to Orphanage.
Now on the first hearing the judge ordered me to give her 4000 monthly as a interim maintenance which I didn’t paid yet.
So dear experts pls let me know what happened in these situation and wat will be the verdict for me in court.And how many years will I have to spend in jail.

Without thinking abut the future you can start case against your in laws for committing criminal intimidation and threatening.
