Maintenance??

wife is B.E. and husband software engineer. wife not working and husband earning 1 lakh per month. before marriage wife ws doing job as lecturer but left job because of husband job at different city after marriage she trie but don't get any job?

actually norms of lecturer increases from BE to ME so she can't get job in college also as of lecturer experience companies asking for IT experience which she don't have so unable to get job?? in jst one year of marriage is in this case will she get maintenance as she is unable to get job also the job of college left due to husband and now due to change of norms of qualification she is not getting job anywhere. will she get maintenance and how much??? please reply

Wife is always entitled to get maintenance even if she is working , if her income is much lesser than that of her husband.

She can get 1/3 of the husband's income.
