Non creamy layer certificate

sir,
I m self employed having income of 3lac/annum from my profession. And my wife is also earning Rs.1,42,200/ per annum as a salary from private educational institute since last three years and her income is not having any growth for next 3 years.My son is eligble to get non creamy layer certificate during 2013-14 or not?.
I want to know is my wife's income from salary also consider for non creamy layer certificate?

There are three requirements to get non creamy layer certificate. 1) the family of the candidate should reside in that area for 7 years 2) Income of parents should be below 3 lacs per annum 3) the candidate should be backward class.
