Fake sign by nri spouse

Husband is in USA , working and living there. Already filed Divorce Case through POA given to father in India. Wife filed DV case in india. Wife observed fake sign on WS submitted by husband advocate. Wife objected. Husband advocate ask to take Center Government permission Crpc 188 as notarized the vakalatnama in USA but clearly fake sign on WS.
Please advice.

Wife can not only file an application under section 340 of criminal procedure code but can also demand to send the ws and vakalathnama for foresic testing so that the authenticity of the documents may be got judged.

Sir, Thanks for your reply. But other party is saying as notarized :satyapan: happened in USA then SEc 188 should be follwed and take permission from Center government for anything related to enquiry in fake sign.

You need not to hear the out of court argument of the opposite party rather have to move ahead as per advice of your local lawyer.
