my wife filed a case of 498a&406 on 15th july last month at mahila thana ajmer now they are demanding for 25 lac Rs to solve the dispute,my father is a cancer patient and my wife lodged the fir on the name of my father,mother,elder brother,bhabhi and against me.she is residing at her father's place in ajmer for almost one and a half year,my mother in law and father in law are very money minded person and they always put pressure on me for new things.please suggest a good lawyer in ajmer who can helps us in getting anticipatory bail also who can fight the case strongly during the trail.
Also one thing i would like to mention here that SHO at mahila thana is saying that she can remove the name of four person from FIR except me i had word with some of the lawyers in ajmer and they said it is possible here in ajmer also i met two criminal lawyer in ajmer Mr. J S RANA and Mr. PRITAM SINGH SONI,Please suggest good lawyer or anyone know about these two lawyers in ajmer who is better and honest.

search in LCI data base for lawyers in ajmer . in the alternative visit the local court and make some inquires .

You can visit to local court complex, inquire (on all angles i.e. fees charged, cases in hand, knowledge, sincerity etc.)from 2-3 shopkeepers(restaurants) and 2-3 separate Photo state shops, stamp venders. They would give you information about good criminal lawyers. Search LCI database also. Select one, when you are satisfied.
