Age bound in education.

Dear Expert,

An university has bound in a reputed course of Law.
According of the university nobody eligible for apply 3 Year course of LL.B. whom age is over 30 year in general category.
So please suggest, An university has rights for determine the age of education.

if you want to take admission in law college affiliated to this university you are bound by its eligibility criteria

But Sir,an university has rights for determine the age of education.
While education is rights of human. in fact indian constitution law knowledge is must for each indian person.

The age was fixed by the Bar Council of India. The same was challenged pending decision of the court. The college may not be a part of this challenging petition. some colleges have implemented the Bar Council decision.

Bar Council of India has imposed age bar otherwise a university has no right to impose such restriction.
