Sir my name is Ravi and my mother had passed away in year 2010 at the age of 57. My mother had got married in the year 1965 We are belong to hindu familly now my grandfather property is getting devided in a rule of joint family partisan bt my mothers brother are telling that as per joint family rule doughter who had born before yr 1956 they do not have any rites on the joint family property.I just want to know is that true.my grand father is still alive. So do I have rite to claim the property share if it is getting devided under joint family rule

Yes you have right in the property which is being divided. The information which your uncle gave is wrong.
Demand your mother's share and if they dont give
you can proceed legally.
