Purchase of agriculture land

Dear sir,
I am agriculture graduate,women from gujarat non farmer even though I want to purchase agriculture land. I heard that agriculture graduate can purchase agri land and became farmer. please guid me/ send me law.

only agriculturists can purchase agricultural land in some states like maharashtra . for case law visit indian kanoon website

In Gujarat also only farmers can buy agrilands.Whether privilege talked about is
there or not may be verified from DMs' office or by RTI application.

You need to obtain the status of agriculurist and not agricultural graduate for the purchase of agricultural land in Gujarat.
