I am married for 5 years and have a son of 4 years. On my wife's request i took a flat near to her parental home. I was occasionally she come to flat. Rather she demanded monthly expenditure. after providing he expenditure and observing her attitude i stopped giving her expenditure to which she threatened me and now she is filling sec 498A against me to get the maintenance what should i do.

498A case can prove to be devastating for you, your parents, and other family members than making payment of appropriate maintenance for your wife and son.

it is your duty to maintain your wife and son . resolve issue amicably with help of elders . 498A case will ruin all relations in the family
