i married in january 2005.it is love mrrg and i married as muslim shariyat law.becoz me n my family is social economy weak than her family so after few months she went bck to her family n said i cant live with yr parents if u want 2 live with me so leave yr parents n come 2 my city n live here.my parents r too old i cant imagine to leave them for anyone n i cnt live without my parents.so i deny 2 go so she is living sepratly frm me more than 5 yrs so after my parents advice i gave her Talaq by muslim shariyat law n she file a 125 against me in her city dist. court.
SO I WANT TO KNOW MAY I FILE ANY CASE AGAINST HER IN MY CITY?

As the divorce has already taken place between you so no case lies from your side and she can definitely demand for maintenance allowance if she is not capable to maintain her.
