hello everyone, i want one information. i have a registered agreement for sale document. through which i purchased one flat in my name before 5 years. i want to include my wifes name in the sale flat. can i include my wifes name in that agreement for sale. means now i am the only owner of the said flat but i want to add my wifes name in the flat legally.so that we both will have half share on the said flat. what is the legal procedure.? whether ractification deed is possible? or should i prepare a gift deed for the half portion of the flat? or is there way ?
please tell me.

Execute a gift deed for 50% share in the flat and then apply to the Society to add ur wife as joint holder of the flat by admitting her as Associate Member.
