Name change of partnership firm

Hello,
I want to know that if I change the name of my partnership firm then are my existing vat tin, cst tin, service tax number will change?? or will it remain the same after i change the name of the firm??

Also if possible can you please guide me the procedure for the same??

You would be required to get your PAN updated with new name. PAN would remain the same and so would by VAT TIN and ST Regn numbers as this is PAN Based and not Name Based.

You will be required to intimate each department of change in the name of the firm once new PAN card with changed name is received by you.
