dear sir in the year 1966 a gift deed is been registered in my mothers name after span of 09 years it is been cancelled by the donor alone without my mothers knowledge and the gift deed is unconditional in the year 1975 the gift deed is been cancelled alone by the donor in the sub registrars office and after 11 days the same property is been sold as absoulete sale deed by the donor to a x party And also my mother had misplaced the original document after this many years i my mothers son came across the gift deed documents now plz suggest me how do my mom take over her property bcoz of the delay plz advice

where are you from ?
how did they cancelled gift deed without your consent ?
you can send to notice to register and the buyer.

Gift deed can not be cancelled.
No sub-registrar will cancel the gift deed. What is the proof that you have in hands that it has been cancelled in the Sub-Registrar's Office?
If you really have the original gift deed and proof of cancellation and sale to third party, you can file a suit in the Court for restoration of property in your mother's name.

DEAR SIR NOW SINCE THE GIFT DEED WAS REGISTERED IN 1966 AND THE SAME WAS CANCELLED WITHOUT MY MOTHERS KNOWLEDGE IN THE YEAR 1975 NOW BCOZ OF THE GROSS DELAY CAN SHE FILE A SUIT PLZ CLARIFY
