CAN I(GENERAL) PURCHASE THIS LAND

shedule caste owner , with help property dealer by declaring land as 143 is selling plots of land

sir, i want to know i (general caste) if purchase this land can have single registry but where will be my name in government records, rather than in registry

in only registry i will find my name but not in online government record

If it has been declared non agricultural land land. After such declaration it does not come under UPZALR Act and you can purchase it.

If still it is agricultural land you can't purchase without the permission of collector. Seller has to seek permission to sell it.

After conversion of agricultural to non-agricultural u/s 143 UPZALR Act, 1950, there is no need for any such permission for purchasing land.

in U.P we call it as "dakhil kharij" but in my case is not possible

After conversion of land u/s 143, there would be no mutation lie on khautani.

You can get mutation on muncipal.

there is sc land declared 143 ,i general caste want to purchase this land...
if my land comes under government scheme ,at what rate will i be compensated residential/commercial or agricultural...

It depends that on which place your land situated and transaction(sale deeds) of land in surrounding area.
