Baseless complaints to harass; how to stop?

Madam/Sir,
A neighbor is torturing by filing unnecessary complaints against me and my wife. (We are two and a son of 11 years)He is a brahmin and his wife is SC. How do I stop this to stay peacefully.
Please guide.

why do you say complaints are baseless . in future when ever neighbour speaks to you record his conversations .

further install CCTV cameras around your house .

immediately act upon, otherwise u r likely to be booked under atrocity act, and no one can help u avoid jail.
Never Open ur mouth, and do not mention SC.
They are Apex Court, w/o appeal provision, and don't need strict proof. Be Aware.

Respected Madam/Sir,Wish to know about how to overcome or stop him from filing the criminal complaints.I have aready filed complait of threat given. Some experts are right in commenting about repeatition.His wife has filed the complaint without any presence or talk when we were at someother place just by watching our movements by building a false story and 2 witnesses. Due to the such Act police were compelled on directions of the Court.
I'll be thankful.
