Dear Sir,
I need the Doctor's Certificate format to do not appear before the Registering Authority for a old man (give the right/share of asset) to another one.
i.e Mr.Rajan is anot able to walk/ go to the Registrar office to execute the Partition Deed.Now he wants to execute the Partition Deed from his residence itself along with Doctor's Certificate.For that purpose he need a certificate format.

Dear Jegadeesan,
If it is so, there is a provision for visiting registrar official to the home of a person (who is ill/bed ridden ,handicapped and aged and unable to walk) after duly furnished a requisite fee in that office for execution of document. Pl inquire with the said office.

Agree if the executor is bed ridden Registrar may come to his house for execution of the documents.
