Gurgaon training center in residential property

I want to run training center ( fashion design). It is allowed to run in residence / ground floor or basement.

Is non-nuisance certificate an option. As traiing centre can not be run in mall/shopping center.

You better get in touch with local Municipality. They would guide you which particular licenses you need to run such centers.

Where your property is situated, if in sector please get clearance from HUDA and if otherwise get permission from Municipal Corporation.

Depends upon if the commercial activity is allowed under the local body laws and the neighboring residents do not have any objection to your training centre.

replied already stating even if society gives,NOC,THE INDIVIDUAL RESIDENTS CAN STILL OBJECT AS THEIR PRIVACY is disturbed and all kinds of people visit at odd timings.how to filter who is good and otherwise?
