I HAVE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AT DEHRADUN WITH FRONTAGE 110 FT & TOTEL AREA 110 SQ YARDS.
CAN I CONVERT IT RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTION ON NATURE OF BUSINESS THAT CAN BE CARRIED OUT ON ABOVE PLOT.

you would need permission of local muncipial corporation . your property taxes, water bills , electricity bills will rise . you have to check development plan of your area . whether said area is reserved only for residential use or whether both residential commercial permissible .
