Respected Experts , I hv engaged lawyer for 125 andv 498a for which I hv paid full fee to him even 498a is yetnot started and waiting for charge sheet. His pending amt with me is Rs 7000 against the total amt of Rs 33000 for both the cases and he will take rest of 7000 as the chargesheet will be submitted in 498a an then he wull present in the court from my side after taking his full fee . So for these two cases I can not change this lawyer as full fee is paid. With ur advise I have engaged a new lawyer for execution of interim in 125. Now my two more cases r pending revision of interim and Hma13 filed by my husband for which I still I hv not engaged any lawyer as my earlier lawyer is asking very heavy fee and allI in advance and for which I m not in position to pay all at once . Now my query is if I engaged a other lawyer for 2 new suits who can cooperate me in taking the less fee in installments then will it effect on my earlier cases of 125 and 498a as both the lawyers will work with different thoughts . In 498a first one have written the complaint and written the application in 125 . Can the new layer catch the idea of first lawyer from copies of 498a and 125. Can I appear in the court in HMA13 and CRR without the councel on first hearing so that I wilp get the time to decide the lawyer for new cases. One more thing Hma 24 and 26 are sepatate cases or is it the part of reply of HMA 13. Kindly advise.

Sir , I m agreeing that with ur advise I hv engaged a septate lawyer for EXE of interim as there is only to application for iterim as per order of the hon'able court. But in HMA 13 little aftaid is there that if I will engage new one then my first lawyer should not angree and fight the case with same interest. There should not be change in the statements for all the cases which can put me in trouble later. With advise of all u experts my both the cases on right track as of now. Thats why I am in touch with u. I know ur time is very valuable and I should not waste that if I hv did that I m sorry for that but I m always in seek of ur right advise.

all applications made , all affidavits filed have to be approved by you then only your lawyer can file same in court

You can engage another lawyer, no harm.
Regarding interest by your first lawyer, you are the best judge.
However, if you feel he is not taking interest in your case, you may talk to him straight way and in case of need may change your lawyer from old cases also.
