Difference between tenancy agreement and live & license agreement

I am having office at Ahmedabad which I want to give some one on rent for a period of 3 to 5 years. Wanted to know

(1)which option is best ? Tenancy agreement or Live and license agreement ?

(2) What is the basic difference between them ?

(3) What is the registration process for the same ?

(4) Am I required to inform local police ?

enter into leave and licence agreement .get it drafted by lawyer have it duly stamped and registered .get police verification of licensee done .

1. Agree Registered L & L agreement would be better.
2. Academic portion.
3. Like other documents, registration is to be done with local Registrar office.
4. es, verification need to be done.

Get the agreement drafted by a lawyer.
