Dear Expert,
My friend is charged with IPC 376/417. As narrated in the charge sheet –
i) The incident took place only under "A" police station under "X" district.
ii) But FIR lodged in police station "B" under "Y" district.
iii) Investigation done by B police station.
iv) Charge framed and testimony of all witness have been done under district session court of "Y" district.
My question is that is the above trial is right with respect to trial procedure?
If Argument is done, whether this session court can deliver its judgment?
