Dear Sir,Ive earlier also sought help from the respected experts.I've executed the buyers agreement,indemnities and maintenance agreement
The builder has scheduled my sale deed in 3rd week of august.But the sale deed contains terms which I feel are inimical to my interests.But the builder has put a condition in buyers agreement like"the sale deed will contain terms similar to buyers agreement and other terms as considered proper by the seller.The purchaser shall not object to it"
Dear sir ,the sale deed contains following suspicious terms:
1.The flat was duly inspected by the vendee and he has taken possession thereoff after fully satisfying himself in all respects.The vendee agrees that henceforth the vendor shall not be held liable for any deficiency in the construction and worksmanship
2.The vendee undertakes that he shall have no claim against the vendor presently or in future against any deficiency or complaint in construction,workmanship,fixtures and fittings etc.
Dear Sir,the intentions of builder is suspicious.Can I approach consumer court if I agree to these terms and in case any defect is discovered after the sale deed and are these terms legal as per applicable laws.

we have advised you to sign the sale deed and take possession of flat . please note that in case of deficiency in flat or leakages you can move consumer forum against the builder for deficiency in service .

Thank you Sir for the prompt response.Ive deposited registration charges and the sale deed is scheduled for next week.
