Hon'ble judge has not given judgment/order since 2 months after dismissal

Sir,
I HAVE FILED THE civil writ Petition before the single Judge of the Hon'ble High court.The Ld Single Judge has dismissed my CWP 2 months ago at the time of admission..But the Hon'ble Judge still has not made the order against which I could file the Letter Patent Appeal..Please guide me what is the normal recourse in such cases???

1. The order copy can be obtained from the filing counter. Or else file an R.T.I. with the court Registrar.

You can check the status of the order online by putting the case number.

If the judge delay in passing the order you can get additional time to file LPA.

yes sir,,, we have checked the online status..its"PENDING"...the judge is not writing the order

Check the case records in the court and File a copy application.

done everything..registry says that file is still in the court room..donot know why so long in writing the order even after dismissal??
