I want to file TEP against father in law but i donot have his Pan no so please advice is there other way to file TEP in different Income tax department

Also The National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) has an online PAN verification service but the charges are exorbitant. But that shouldn’t be any deterrent.

PAN of a person can also be got through RTI.
