Civil suit is pending in which plaintiff
filed forged documents ,
1- can I defendant file a criminal case against the plaintiff in criminal court when this civil case is pending.
2- if yes pl mention who to file

At first you file a misc. application before the civil court showing reason why you are apprehending that the documents filed by the opposite party are forged and in the prayer portion of the application pray for forensic test of those alleged forged documents by any government laboratory at your costs and expenses and secondly you pray not to treat those documents as part of the proceeding till it is proved that the documents are genuine and not forged. Do not file any criminal case now pending your civil case because such action will be interference with due course of justice which tantamount to contempt of court.
