Does this any irreparable inconvenience to anyone?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 21 May 2015
The president/Secretary of the society can give a notice to him instructing him to not to park the vehicle violating the rules and bye-laws of the society, failing to respond properly, further legal action may be initiated as per law.
Hemant Agarwal (Expert) 15 September 2015
1. Society is bound by law, to provide "proper" parking space to a member. IF the members vehicle is damaged "due" to FAULTY /IMPROPER parking space, THEN the member derives right to file grievance complaint before the Consumer Court, for compensation and damages.
