Priority Disposal of Senior Citizen Cases in lower courts

Can somebody please help me to provide some kind of reference , judgement details, Supreme Court ruling or orders issued in 1999 for priority dosposal of Senior Citizen Cases. Also is there any alternate method to speed up our trail in lower court. Mine is a partition suit and i am the plaintiff. All the defendants in my case is old and aged above 80 years... Taking up directions by filing a writ in high court is a tedious and time consuming affair. Can somebody help me with a suitable solution please....

File a Revision Petition under article 227 of The Indian Constitution in High Court for an expedite order upon the lower Court.
Article 227 in The Constitution Of India 1949
ART.227-- Power of superintendence over all courts by the High Court
(1) Every High Court shall have superintendence over all courts and tribunals throughout the territories interrelation to which it exercises jurisdiction
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions, the High Court may
(a) call for returns from such courts;
(b) make and issue general rules and prescribe forms for regulating the practice and proceedings of such courts; and
(c) prescribe forms in which books, entries and accounts shall be kept by the officers of any such courts.

Well Advised by Advocate Mr.M.Bhadra Proceed as per his advise.High Court will give Directions To the Concerned Court to Complete the case on Priority being affected person is a Senior Citizen.Contact a Local Good High Court Advocate of your place.The Procedures in High Court could be completed in 30 days and Orders would be issued to Lower Court to Complete the case in 6 months.

Thank you Mr Bhadra for the reply.The present status of the case is for framing of issues since two years. Mr P Venu ,all the defendants have filed WS.

I agree with expert advise of Mr. M Bhadra, however, an application for early hearing in the same court shall also be effective and the Judge shall favourably consider the submission.

Sir, i would like to state that one of the defendant himself filed an applb in the same court for speedy disposal.. The court has not made any orders on it. Infact the appln is pending since two years ,while the same defendant who is aged 80 yrs repeatedly files Memo on every hearing.
