Medical establishments employing 20 or more persons under the purview of the Act.

Even poly clinic is covered by the entry in respect of "establishments of hospital" as well as the entry in respect of "establishment of Medical Practitioners and Specialists" and therefore the Act applies to a poly clinic. The object (of the two entries) is to bring all medical establishments employing 20 or more persons under the purview of the Act.
