I am planning to buy some property in Mysore, and for this purpose, seeking service of a competent legal professional. The assignment would be;
1. Property title search
2. Legal opinion about the fidelity of the selected projects
3. Due diligence of developer/builder.

Google search could put you wise about the intricacies involved in each of the three aspects listed by you.
I hope you do realise that this forum comprises senior committed advocates who render free advice to the persons in legal distress. Dear Mr Alexander,
As I clearly mentioned in my post, I was looking for service for fee and not a free one. I understand that many of you do provide free service to persons in distress, but if you go through my mail, didn't I mentioned that I am looking for a quote? Like you I am also a professional and I am not arrogant to question my prospective client if they ask about my credentials. Even if one wants to buy the costliest product in the world or hire the costliest service, as long as one is willing to pay for it, they have every right to ask for and get satisfied about the credentials of the service provide. , As long as the service providers have good credentials, they should not have any objection or motivation to hide their credentials.
Anyway, what I understand that along with some very good legal professionals, there are some people with inflated ego in this forum. So my sincere apology to all such people and I request that please do not reply to my mail if you are only providing free advice, I am not looking for any charitable service.
Also, as a professional and civilised person, I hope you will agree that using words such as Jhonny for an unknown person is not of good etiquette, I hope you understand that.

If you are ready to pay professional charges, why have come on free site?
decorum must be maintained, some advise may not suit your requirement / may not be upto your expectation / may not be liked by you, yet you get no right to comment on the expert.
