Passport application for my wife and daughter

We have recently shifted to new flat .I am willing to apply for my wife passport since the passport is in her maiden name .I have the passport issues on my old address where my uncle is residing now previousely we were staying together and there is no speration in family . I have my all d proofs like adhar card ,election card and my accounts with same address details . Since the new flat where we have moved till now light bill is in d name of builder and we have only possion letter.
Can i request for the reissue of my wife passport on my old address since i have my passport on d same addresz,addhar card,election card and my account statement .
Please advice becouse i dnt want to take any risk with reissue of my passport with new address since we dnt have suffice documents for the new property .
Can i apply for reissue of my wife and my newly born daughter passport with my old address , also we have marriage certificate on the same address.
Please advice .

You are confusing with so many issues.
1. Whether the validity of your wife's passport has expired? If not expired it is valid upto what date?
2. Whether the validity of your passport has expired? If not expired it is valid upto what date?
3. Whether you have birth certificate of your daughter?
4. When did you move to the current address?
5. Whether you own current premises or you are a tenant in the new premises?
6. If you are owner, whether you have registered title documents in your name or not?

1we both have a valid passport .Mine is valid till 08 march 2019 & my wife till 12 nov 2023.
2-i have a birth certificate of my daughter.
3- we moved to the new place since past six months .
4-its my own flat registration is done in my name since 2011.

Since we used to live in a joint family but due to the increased in family size we moved to other place.there is no dispute in the family .we have all the required documents of the previous address. Its possible for apply for the reissue of passport of my wife and daughter on the old address

You can apply to the Passport Office for incorporating the changes on the strength of the possession certificate.

Your stay in the new place should be more than one year old to be recognised by the Passport Authorities.
Since both the passports are valid for more than 3 years, preferably you should wait for completion of at least one year stay in your new premises to get the desired changes effected in your passports.
In the meanwhile, try to get the change of address effected in the Electoral Card, Aadhar Card etc. So that after 1 year when you apply for changes in the passport (both name change as well as address change) these proofs will bear the new address.

Can i apply for the addition of names in my passport and and the address change and anddition of husband name for wofe passport since mine passport is with the old address.Also i have adhar card, ration card , election card bearing the old address .please advice

Becouse i am working abroad and i want my family to be with me .becouse that i am willing to get it done soon . Also we get only one month as annual leave . Its very hard to leave without family in saudi arabia becouse its islamic country .Please advice

That precisely the point. If you are hard pressed for time and you want your family to be in saudi arabia with you, what prevents your wife to travel with her existing passport. Why try to get into trouble by trying to change the name, address etc., when you have lived for only 6 months in the new place and police verification is hard to come by?
At best, if passport had not been obtained for your child, that can be done based on the birth certificate with the old address (for which you do have the electoral card and aadhar card of yours and your wife to show). Even the police verification will come easily as the police might be knowing all of you being resident of that old place. However, after application for passport for your child, your wife may have to stay at the old house to enable the police to conduct the police verification.
When you visit India and when you have enough time, by which time hopefully you would have lived in the new place for more than a year, you can apply for the change in the name, change of address etc., in the passport.
After all, it is you who have to decide which option suits you best.

Thatks for the revert .
1-That means i can apply fory daughter passport from.the old address. But my wife passport is in her maiden name and my wife name is not yet included in the passport .
2-After staying for 1 year at the new place i can apply for the changes on the basis of flat agreement (flat purchase agrrement).Also before application i have to update my new address election card and adhaar card.

Yes, if your daughter is in India and needs to travel abroad, you can apply for your daughter's passport from the old address.
As already indicated, you have to take steps to effect necessary corrections in your electoral card, aadhar card etc., before applying for change in address, and change in name etc.

We are planning to apply for passports for our kids (minors). Is it necessary that my name should be included in my wife's passport?
If either parent of a minor holds a valid passport with spouse name endorsed, passport will be issued to the minor without any police verification. Original passport of parent(s) should be presented for the verification of particulars. If parent(s) hold a valid passport, but spouse name is not endorsed, then they must get the spouse name added in their passport. For this, they have to apply for re-issue of passport and get the specified change done in personal particulars. Thus, it is necessary that spouse name should be endorsed on the parent's passport.
