Divorce case transfer - interstate

Dear Experts, my husband filed a divorce case against me in greater noida - we got married in greater noida and I am currently working in Noida. My parents live in Ludhiana - I have a domestic violence and dowry case running in Ludhiana. Can I apply for the transfer of divorce case too?

Case is normally filed within jurisdiction of court at place of marriage solmanized, at place of residence or at business. Therefore u may apply but weak chances of transfer of case

You have to approach Supreme Court, if case is to be transferred out of state.

Yes, it is possible. File application in the Supreme Court of India seeking transfer of the case, since the case is to be transferred from state to another state.
